Time Waits Skirt Black/Brown

Gothic Steampunk Western style inspired skirt. It has a vegan leather waist belt with large eyelets and a oversized buckle. Ruffled, layered skirt, short at the front and extra long at the back. The front length is adjustable with drawstrings. Large zipper at the side.
